//This is how are you affected by the color of your workout clothes
TomTom has developed a new report showing that the colors we choose for our workout clothes are connected with our personality traits and affect our performance. TomTom has looked at four international studies [1], all of which show that the athlete’s performance can be affected by what colors they have in their workout clothes.
An example of research that proves this is the British anthropologist Dr. Russell Hills in the study ”Seeing Red, Putting Sportswear Into Context” [2], concludes that practitioners of boxing and wrestling wearing red clothes more often win their matches in comparison with those blue colors on their clothes.
TomTom has developed a whole new palette of color bracelets for the GPS watch TomTom Spark matching with different personalities to help the practitioner to perform better and become stylish during the workout. What color will you choose?
The recommended price of the bracelets is 199 SEK and can be purchased here.
