Alla gillar väl chokladbollar? Dessa raw chokladbollar smakar som klassiska chokladbollar men är lite nyttigare. Helt utan raffinerat vitt socker men fortfarande söta tack vare färska dadlar.
Raw chokladbollar (nötfria)
Ingredienser:
3 dl ekologiska glutenfria havregryn (jag använde DE HÄR)
Forma degen till små bollar och rulla dem i kokosflingor.
Förvara i kylskåpet eller ät på direkten.

We all like chocolate balls, right? These raw chocolate balls taste like classic chocolate balls but are a little healthier. They are made without any refined white sugar but still sweet thanks to fresh dates.
Raw Chocolate Balls (free from nuts)
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups organic gluten-free rolled oats
6 fresh dates
3 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut flakes + extra to roll the balls in
1 tsp vanilla powder
2 tablespoons cold strong coffee
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons raw cacao
Do like this:
Mix all the ingredients into a smooth dough.
Shape the dough into small balls and roll them in coconut flakes.
