Att äta en kladdkaka efter träningen? Nej, det är väl inte så sunt? Jo, faktiskt! Det här är en nyttigare protein kladdkaka (och nej, jag särskriver inte i vanliga fall, jag tänker bara SEO-optimering, haha!) som funkar lika bra till fika som till mellanmål i samband med träningen. Vill du att den ska vara extra nyttig kan du utesluta chokladen.

Protein kladdkaka
2 portioner
valfri proteinbar 50 gr ( (jag använde Dalblads Swebar Salty Peanut & Caramel)
Eating a chocolate cake after training? No, that´s not healthy! Well, now it is! This is a healthier protein mud cake that works as ”fika” as well as a snack after training. If you want the cake to be really healthy, you can exclude the chocolate or use dark chocolate instead.

Protein mud cake
2 servings
50 gr protein bar of your choice (I used Dalblads Swebar Salty Peanut & Caramel) 3 tablespoons almond milk (I used THIS) 40 gr chocolate of your choice, can be excluded (I used Fazer Iced Coffee & Mudcake) 2 tablespoons hemp protein (I used THIS) two tablespoons pea protein (I used THIS)
2 tablespoons cacao (I used THIS) 1 teaspoon vanilla powder (I used THIS) one tablespoon water 1 organic egg (I used THIS) 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil to grease the cake tin (I used THIS)
Do like this:
Preheat the oven to 200° C/400°F
Chop the protein bar in bite-sized pieces.
Pour the almond milk and the chocolate in a saucepan and heat to melt the chocolate. Stir.
Mix hemp protein, pea protein, vanilla powder, water and egg in a bowl.
Stir the protein mixture together with the almond milk chocolate.
